What's the pecking order at DE?

Right now all i've heard is he's a 3rd down pass rush specialist, he needs to play before he gets recognition. Barnett is only locked in starter but i'd guess Vereen over Kongbo right now. Heard really good things about Taylor as well, and we still have 5* Phillips waiting and more.....
