Hard to say. Knowing his competitive drive I wouldn't put anything past him. That said I think he misses a few weeks at the very least.

Kobe is always ready, dude is a warrior. The smart thing to do is to work him back slowly.. but it's Kobe and I don't think he will have that. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he is in the lineup opening night. But I dont think it would be smart.

BTW, I do not mean this as a shot at Kobe. I'd do the same thing.

Despite my hatred for Kobe, and whether he's doing it for the right reasons or not, I admire his ability to play through injuries and come back through injuries.
