Knoxville TV programming help!

Can anybody provide an accurate TV show schedule in Knoxville? My XFINITY tv online listing is not complete. They seem to have real issues with that station. WKNX that is transitioning to the new sports network. Love lots of the new VOL shows when I stumble on them.

Not a clue how look that up.

Either one of those should get you what you need, just search for the channel. If you have any issues navigating the websites, just search on google "channelname tvpassport" or "channelname ontvtonight", obviously substituting "channelname" with the name of the channel you're looking for the schedule of.

It's frustrating for us watching the game because there is a couple seconds difference between the TV picture and the internet audio from Vol Network. I want to listen to Mike Keith's call because he gives better subsitution updates. Not sure if there is another way to get the video feed that's synced with Vol Network. I use FIOS and have a Ruko. At least, I can get coverage. Not complaining, just frustrated.

Can't recall the name right now, but there is an app that takes the internet audio feed and delays it to match the TV feed.
