I think both will start, I would imagine who's on the outside depends on how ready Kirkland is. I would say Kirkland plays OLB

We're usually in nickel anyway with only 2 linebackers on the field. So, with an uneducated guess, I'd say DKJr probably slides outside because of his athletic ability and Jumper stays at Mike. Jmo.

After hearing Coach Jones' presser the other day he said "Kirkland is a very cerebral player & knows all the linebacking positions well." I imagine Kirkland would take one of the outside spots & allow Jumper to stay at the Mike position.
