ESPN - The Nation's Best: Seventh Annual Herbie Awards - College Football.

did any of you happen to see this awards list for the 2007 season, in the entire article Tennessee is mentioned only twice, the first for Eric Berry as one of the top 10 true freshmen, and at the end for having the 9th best coeds in America. However, we didn't make the cut for one the top student sections, top Gameday destinations, or top bands. I know UT rarely gets any love from ESPN, but this is just silly, is Herbstreit even aware that we're still playing football in down here in Knoxville?

We got 9 mentions.
does that mean all the t shirts have to be changed now to "got 13"? i'm sure that somewhere right now, someone is creating a national championship of preseason editorial dominance or something of the like......:eek:lol:

I think the fact that he picked Vandy as his sleeper in the SEC East says all we need to know about the credibility of this article.

Herbstreet is practically a politician, he just wants to spread the love so that everywhere he land's the girls will swoon and the guys will think he's soooo cool. Deep in his heart of hearts he know's the SEC rules in all aspects of college football incl. chicks and bands.
