If Chubb plays, he will not be 100%... GA will be better than they played Ole Miss, mainly because they will feel cornered and pressured in their own backyard... they will try and come out strong (hopefully for once this season we do the same), But I think if our D plays well, we will wear them down the second half.

Even if Chubb doesn't play, Michel is a phenomenal running back and we will have to deal with him.

IMO, UT is every bit as good as they played in the second half in the UF game and maybe better. UT should move the ball better against UGA than they did at any point vs UF. The UGA O is different and that makes it more of a concern.... but not so much better than UT shouldn't give them a lot of problems with penetration and QB pressure.
They beat UNC who appears to be a decent team. They struggled with Nicholls and a Mizzou team that isn't very good then got stomped by an Ole Miss team that has had its own problems.

I expect it to be won by the kickers if UT lets them hang around. If UT presses them early and goes up a couple of scores, I think it will get out of hand.

Honestly, we have played 2 quarters of complete football this season. I'm hoping that the Oline is figured out and our defense plays out of their mind again.

If we play like we did in the second half, we should win running away. I agree with you on that.

Who cares if Chubb plays or doesn't play. I bet UGA fans are praying he doesn't so they have an excuse when we whoop them. Injuries effect every team. Sony Michel is no slouch, and UGA fans cannot seriously tell me that Chubb being injured is a bigger loss than Sutton, JRM, and DKJr ALL being out. Ridiculous. That is 3 NFL 1-4 round talent players all injured on our defensive side of the ball. Arguably our 3 most important defensive players. If we lose, you sure as heck won't see me complain about injuries.

You deal with the hand you are dealt. If UGA fans want to cry because Chubb doesn't play then let them.

I was responding to the notion that UT isn't as good as they showed in the 2nd half. They are.... and can be significantly better than that on O. I'm not sure the D can play much better than they did until they went into prevent. Except for that one drive.... that's the kind of performance we see from Bama against homecoming opponents.

I'd love to see Tennessee come out and play four quarters of solid football and just put a beating on uga.

Kublanow might want to worry about his own self. Shuttle has his scope on him.

Shoop's whole defense sees a bullseye on Kublanow. That axx clown actually thinks he punked Shy with that cheap sho., He will likely understand what a cheap shot and being punked actually are come this Saturday.

I think Chubb should shut it down. Get ready for the NFL.
He may have already, I can see where he picks and chooses which games that ankle begins feeling better after getting roughed up by Ole Miss. He may show up early but that ankle will bother him against us and he'll need ice on it watching Michel getting creamed by whoever is on Kublanow.

I hope Chubb plays, gets a modest 40 yards, and leaves the game healthy but humble.

I hope Shy Tuttle earns Player-of-the-Week honors!

[*]Our two SEC-w games are against the best over there. Why can't we get an Auburn or LSU in a down year?
[/LIST]

Ole Miss looks stout even though they have blown some leads. We will get to see if they are better than aTm in a few weeks.

We get LSU on their first year with a new head coach next year I believe

Some act like we're the Patriots. Lest we forget that we had 4th quarter game with Ohio 10 days ago...no guaranteed curb stomps on the road in SEC.

You clearly have never played sports before. I'll just leave it at that.

Are you sure you have, because we are every bit as good as we showed in the second half. The first half was littered with bone head drops. Take that away and it's a very different score in the first.

I'll guarantee that kublanow is a low priority for the Vols. We got bigger things to think about.

This.

Our team, just like most teams, has some real issues. There are people that get paid a lot of money to expose them.

The problem with UGA is their lines. The d line gets very little pressure on qbs and the online struggles in pass protection. If we stick to our strengths and be aggressive with Dobbs this game could get ugly.
