Kingsbury? [Headed to USCw]

I’m hearing possible Texans OC, he ain’t coming anyways. But yes, he’s be more then a home run hire for us. It’s be like having Leach (younger version) and Pruitt on staff.

If that is a homerun, it is an inside the park homerun off of three errors. That offense is Bill O'brien's offense not the OC in name only and quite frankly it hasn't been very good lately

We started losing more than winning when our O-line quit making holes and protecting the QB. And that is the cold plain big orange truth. And that has been going on pretty much since 02, with the exception of a few years. We blocked pretty good in 07 and 10, and 2012 OL was good at pass blocking. But by and large your offense goes as your OL and QB go. GBO!
I agree with everything you say except the 2010 offensive line. It was the worst in the sec and matt simms was sacked too many times to count. Yes, the O line has been a huge problem since 2002, but 2004 was an excellent year with two 1000 yd rushers in houston and riggs and an sec championship game appearance

Interesting, The Texans have won 7 straight, are 8-3 and on top of their division

I saw something on yahoo or somewhere that KK might be going to the NFL.

KK would be great at getting our QB's properly trained and he'd recruit some good QB prospects for us.

Get our O line fixed and mix in a tough running game with some KK spread passing plays and have the best of both worlds.

If Pruitt and KK could talk it out and agree to a solid plan for our O and then Pruitt would let KK build and run our O the right ways so Pruitt could focus 95% of his time on our D becoming top notch then we could become a great Team on both sides of the ball and be very tough to beat by anyone.

1 great D mind + 1 great O mind + the right players = Championships.

I could live with that.

VFL...GBO!!!

The people I know at SC think it's a done deal. However it may be one and done, Helton is on a short leash, 6 or 7 wins next season won't save his donkey, he has to win and put a significantly better season on the table or it's fruit basket turnover for the Men of Troy.

How could USCw not have an OC named yet. Don’t they know you must have someone named within 15 mins of firing your old one. According to VN, it’s now obvious that their administration doesn’t care about winning and their coach is clueless.
They have hired him for like two weeks now.

But it looks like he might be NFL bound.

I didn’t know he hadn’t signed contract with USCw but I did see his name mentioned for some NFL jobs on espn, interesting

He is interviewing for the New York Jets and Arizona head coaching openings according to ESPN.
