I heard on Big Orange Sunday this morning, that Dooley sent Greg King and Marlon Walls home after the bar incident.

Some other notes from the show:
- no additional discipline is expected until the final police report is released and any new discipline would likely be based on facts that Dooley is unaware of at this point.

- Academic concerns include John Brown (in summer school), Dixon, and Loften. Also a couple academic concerns for returning players but no names given.

- Friday is media day at the SEC meetings for the Vols. Walker, Reviez, and Stocker will be our player reps.

- Nick Reviez is 100%

- Prentiss Waggoner is next in line to replace Myles.

- Basketball, the new transfer Fields will push Brian Williams for the starting spot.

- No more USC transfers expected

- Kerbyson's final four are UT, Alab, Fla, and Duke

Didn't we already have a 15 page argument over this?

King/Walls are in Memphis right now, and will be able to enroll in the fall since they are in good academic standing if everything works out. And USC's rivals site has a different opinion on the transfers, expect more last second transfers when they name starters.

The report will come out and then they will send that to the D.A. He will go from there. said Dooley would get a copy of the report and make a decision then.

hope you are right on this one, but you know Kiffin will hold out as long as possible on naming them.

My friend is working as a student manager this upcoming year and said fields is a beast. I don't know if he will take williams spot but from what he told me he was doing very well.

he might be a beast and get a ton of PT, but I think Williams would really have to suck not to start.

They're not transferring. They're both from the Memphis area. King from Melrose/Orange Mound and Walls from just across the line in Mississippi.

but i thought that they were only on indefinite suspension. That doesn't usually mean their completely off the team just not allowed to be with the team till the completion of the investigation. Did I still miss something? I just didn't think they could transfer only by suspension. I thought the College had to release them to.

I don't buy for a second that Reviez is 100%. He may be ready to play, but his knee damage was too severe for him to be at 100%. Ordinarily, that type of knee damage makes lateral motion difficult, and that could really hurt him at linebacker. I hope I'm wrong, but I've never seen anyone return from that injury at 100% the next season.

I'd be shocked if Fields started.

I would too, but this is great because the competition will only make Brian Williams better.

We need him to really step it up next year, and play with the same intensity that he played with in the NCAA tourney.
