King running the option

It was effective. I like how the wr comes around to be the pitch man. I wonder if J King can throw the ball. That would be a really good change up package if we have a threat to throw out of it too.

3rd and 3 at the Gator 40 would be an awesome time to run it just to see the Gator reaction.

The beauty of throwing it in there like that is Muschamp will have to plan for it at least to some extent. Plus I have a real soft spot for the option.

But it gives Florida more to scheme for, whether we use it or not, they will be worried about it

First play of the game. Then back to the regularly scheduled game plan.

I was thinking about the first play of the game. Does anyone remember the first play against Oregon couple years ago?

We came out and loaded the right side, and ran left, gained about 30 yards. I'd like to see something of that effect. Gators D seems to tend to over pursue just a bit.

Probably an added wrinkle to give Fl a little something extra to think about.

I think the play is to setup the next time JK comes in. UF will see it as another option and pile 8 in the box and JK will hit Ryvera on a go route. JK can pass!

Watch the play again when CP took the pitch from King. That may have been a score if Hunter makes the block on the edge!! Croom may need to be the blocker on that one. It was probably DR blocking before his dismissal.

If they take 10 minutes to go over that in a meeting or practice...that's 10 minutes they don't have to prepare for something else.

I can dig it.

Given the hours and hours we invested in preparing that play, I am not convinced the 10-minute trade-off is in our favor.
