Set thirty years after the events of the Killzone trilogy, the world of Killzone Shadow Fall is a very different place. Forced together by circumstance, the two rival factions of the Helghast and the Vektans live side by side in a futuristic city, divided by a vast wall.

Tensions are high, and a war can spark at any moment. In the midst of this all stands a Shadow Marshall, the most special of the special forces, tasked with maintaining the delicate balance.

Is this going to be a launch game? Dammit!

This is my favorite exclusive by far. I hate that I will have to buy a PS4 a lot sooner than I thought I would. I may have to sell my dogs to afford it, though. Damn crooks!

I LOVED Killzone 2! I liked Killzone 3's single player campaign but it took a step backwards in multiplayer compared to part 2. Thankfully, the guy who developed the multiplayer for part 2 is now back and is doing it for Shadow Fall!

What is terrible about KZ2's MP? I didn't play KZ3 long enough, but it seemed pretty similar to KZ2 and I enjoyed it.

It's more of a Team Fortress style gameplay. You can't compare it to COD or BF series.

That's exactly right! It WAS more like Team Fortress. Most PS3 users loved KZ2's multiplayer. With KZ3 they tried to make it more like Call of Duty and KZ fans were pissed!

it's too slow imo and i have never been a big fan of too many third person shooter's mp. there are exceptions, (RDR) but this isn't one of em.

Just curious, are you fan of Halo MP? I've heard the same complaints about it. I think what you're talking about is frame rate. A lot COD players have gotten so used to the 60fps gameplay that when they play a 30fps shooter its seems slow to them.

negative. halo is terrible.

COD is too hyper-fast. It's ridiculous. It's not what FPS games are supposed to be.

Although with mobile spawn points, you could get that kind of gameplay at choke points, I much prefer a more strategic game (like Battlefield) over that free-for-all COD garbage.

That's why I could never play Unreal Tournament. It was almost seizure inducing!

i do play COD more than any other games. BF is not too bad. i am looking forward to giving it another look once BF4 drops.
