As has been duly noted by all, much discord reigns supreme at the moment among Vol fans.

I want to see exactly where we stand on "Third Down for What," so please take one moment to vote in the poll.

Personally, it is my least favorite "gimmick" we've done at this university. I've not even been to a game since it started, but even only watching on TV it annoys the absolute hellfire out of me.

Absolutely hate it. Especially since the gimmick doesn't work as intended. It has become the opposing teams rally cry and our signal to pucker up.

I hate it. Especially when it's 3rd and 1 and everybody in the stadium knows they're going to pick it up. My 14yo daughter loves it though.

I'm tired of all the gimmicks at this point. They shouldn't be able to play that song again unless they've beaten someone meaningful.

Hated it the first time I heard it. It takes the crowd out if the game. Dancing insread of yelling? Waiving instead of clapping. Stupid. So, so stupid.

I liked it for about 4 or 5 home games. It's getting old now, plus it's no longer working.

I also agree...I understand why it was done....It was a student and player gimmick. Maybe we can come up with a 4th and 14 tune....Any suggestions ?

Completely played-out. I mean, does UT plan on immortalizing this "song" until the end of time?

It was a popular little fad for a few games or even a season, where actually most of the country was doing it. Of course, the rest of the country sorta phased it out once the song was no longer on the charts, except of course, Butch and UT.

Hearing it blasting when the Ark game was already over and all they had to do was run out the clock was almost surreal. That moment really summed up modern Tennessee football.

Thought it was interesting last year, and it pumped people up. This year, it seems to be played too much and isn't nearly as effective in rallying the crowd. It's time to go.

Every time I hear it.. I think Gimmick.. Just like Jobes wanted Rocky Too to be said after every first down...

Circle of life is Joke as well... Nothing worst than fat lineman dancing...

3rd and 1. 4th and 10 doesn't matter every one knows there going to make it.
It has gotten old, might be different if we actually stop them most of the time.
Time for butch to come up with another gimmick

Come on now guys, much like our new version of Dooley we have to get as much mileage out of gimmicks and cliches as we can.. Make sure you renew your season tickets next year and pay your donor increase as well.
