Golesh next job will be a head coaching position, not an assistant to someone like Kiffin. He might be tempted by an NFL assistant's position though.

I agree with this. Golesh actually comes off more polished than Heupel. He should make a great head coach some day. I take it as a real compliment that someone with the offensive acumen of Kiffin would come after him. I admire even his loyalty even more. I think next years offense could be special if they can adapt and increase TOP.
