AH HA!!!

So Kiffin made Lincoln THROW the AL game, and he screwed the Vols program for 5 years, so that someday Saban would hire him as OC!!

It is all becoming clear to me now!! :crazy:

It was Daniel Lincoln. Palardy was in high school then.

Cannot help believing that if this happens, there will be an ugly incident of epic proportions. Vols fans have been holding the hatred in for far too long, waiting to let him know how we truly feel about him. And it may spill over to Bama fans. Scary.

I don't think Slive will ever let him back in the SEC. He's too much of a punk/risk. Slive obviously did not care for him at UT.

agree x1000%. I believe it would be an absolute train wreck. 2 gigantic egos pulling against each other.

I've heard people on the radio saying it would be a great hire for them and bad for us. wrong...

imo, I hope they get him.

As far as the recruiting tactics Saban is the one coach who would keep Kiffin in line. With the talent Bama brings in, I do not want to see an explosive Kiffin offense to go along with the Saban defense.

Excuse my laughter at your opinion of Kiffin as an offensive guru, but I watched his last game for USC against Arizona State. His offensive play calls were beyond incompetent. No wonder Pat Haden fired him at the airport! In my opinion, Alabama bringing in Kiffin is almost suicidal for their program.

Saban keeping Kiffin in line? Child, PLEASE! Look at his history, man. Kiffin is a walking talking rules infraction waiting to happen. His arrogance will be his undoing. Let them hire him. By the time they wake up and run him out of Alabama, the Crimson Tide could very well be SMU. And that would put Alabama at "another level". One "scary" only to Bama fans.

Who do you think would be a better OC than Kiffin ?

He is a POS but he knows how to coach the offense and is one of the best play callers in the game.

Drop the hate, look at the facts. Think about it, Kiffin as the Bama OC will drive Vol fans crazy. It will make us despise Kiffin and Bama more,

Forget hate, man. And YOU need to look at facts. Watch his final game at USC. He was calling the plays. He may be able to design an offensive scheme, but having him calling the plays under game time pressure? He cannot handle it. If Saban hires him, he has lost his mind.

As to a better OC. For Alabama, Freddy Kitchens is a former Bama QB that comes to mind. Sure there are others, but I don't know names. But Kiffin has a history that seems to me as high risk/ low reward. The more I think of this possibility, the more I welcome it. The Vols/Tide rivalry will be at a fever pitch like never before. You got that much right.

Someone once said Rome was not built in a day. However, it burned in a night. That is what Kiffin will bring to Alabama. He will erode that program from within, and his history says it will not take him long. Hire him, Little Nicky. I dare you.

His history? You mean winning 7 games here and recruiting a bunch of thugs and criminals? Or is it turning USCs offense into juggernauts? The only success he had in college he was because of Pete Carroll and Sark. Please give me some specific "facts" in his "history" that says he's "the best OC in the NCAA"
