Thiers a poll right now on espn.com asking if kiffin is an assett or liability. stupid question IMO. I guess taking a team from 5-7 to 7-5, turning jonathon crompton into one of the top SEC qb's, and having the #5 recruiting class is a liability now. Somehow the poll results are split 50/50, and i think that is a bunch of bs.

I'm posting the link, Its under the sportsnation polls, i think its the 8th poll Lets go support our coach and let the nation know that TN fans think Kiffs the man

There is also a poll where eric berry is one of the choices.
SportsNation Polls - SportsNation - ESPN

Polls------thiers the problem. Tenn. is recruiting more players with assetts.

The important thing is that we, in Tennessee, are supporting Kiffin. Who gives a crap what the other states' folks say; they are either ignorant and just go with what they hear in the media or actually KNOW about Kiffin and what he will do to their programs.

Either way, I don't put a lot of weight on outsiders' opinions.

It's still 50/50 and i can't get the page to copy and post. Over 40,000 votes and Ga. is split. lol

Note how the whole southeast corner of the country says liability. I think they are voting with their hearts, hoping he fails for their own sake.

the biggest disparity by far was pro-Kiffin in Tennessee. What does that indicate?

Every program has those times when they're going through coaching changes or rough times or scandal, etc. All the other interested programs' fans invade that teams forums, with sole purpose being to laugh at the delusional and irrational comments made by that team's fans.

As much as FSU or ND or any other jaded, desperate fan base, this is going on right now with UT. Fans of other SEC teams are laughing at UT right now, not because we're afraid of UT being good again, because we're pretty sure this is going to blow up in your face. Frankly I'd rather UT be better because big games are just more fun. You guys should consider that your program is indeed living on the edge, but you don't. You live on the edge, and yet you all say to ratchet it up, turn on the heat some more, encouraging your coaches to increase the activities that are causing all this scrutiny and bringing to light your transgressions.

You know what happens when you get close to the ledge and continue to get pushed??? You fall. Maybe if your fan base would stop encouraging Kiffin and company to act the way they do, he might lighten up and save you guys a lot of trouble.

Thanks for the sage advice. Your wisdom is a breathe of fresh air in this den of delusional fans. I will give Kiffin a call this afternoon and tell him to ease off some and get away from the edge of the precipice.
