You remember how your high school english teacher told you not to use the passive voice except in a few situations? There is a big difference between "Dooley was put in a bad situation" and "Lane Kiffin put Dooley in a bad situation." No suprise, Kiffin went with the former.

Kiffin didn't help the situation any but the problem didn't start with him

Because he coached in the SEC and he could very well be the guy that finally ends the SEC run of national championships.

I don't think USC has the depth defensively to go unscathed this year. Besides, even if they did, they're always good for at least one meltdown a year where they just completely forget to show up.

Not a chance. They are way to thin. Their defense is average and they can't afford to loose one starter. Not a hater, just looking at the roster.

I did not say it was a guarantee. Not even close, but he would be one of the favorites.

Nonetheless, he is the HC of a number one ranked team. It is silly for someone to act like college football fans are not interested in what he has to say.

I think this is the first time I've agreed with something you've said. :good!:

Oregon could be tough, but I have some questions about the Ducks too. If USC does have a meltdown, it will probably come at Washington again. There is just something about the Huskies that trips the Trojans up. I know that Washington got blasted in 2011, but won in 2009 and 2010, and the game is at home again.

Yea, how could Kiffin beat Saban. We all remember that beat down Bama put on UT when Kiffin was here. Oh wait.

Plus USC would more than likely have to beat Oregon twice in a months time to get there, Im not sure I see that happening
