Cant spell flu without UF.![]()
Indeed. The objective of Meyer is to win the game, no matter the circumstances. That is the objective of most football coaches. Unless of course your name is Lane Kiffin. Then the objective seems to not get beat too badly.
Lane accomplished his objective and Meyer accomplished his objective.
Everybody is happy.
I can't get over all the Gators spending their time coming over to the Tennessee board 5 days after the game. The reason why? My conclusion is that these guys have a underlying mancrush on Lane Kiffin, and find it hard to not obsess about him and his cute butt.
Yea, that is it.
Plus, it is comedy gold over here right now. Vol fans are contorting logic to support Kiffin not seen since Florida fans doing the same when Zook was Florida's coach.
Lane Kiffin=the mouth of Steve Spurrier but the coaching ability of Ron Zook

Right, Kiffin after 3 games where UT's looked better coached than last year is the same as Zook who couldn't win at UF with NC caliber talent.

We have seen UT right in the middle of two very winnable games with very puzzling play calling.
It took three years for Florida to finally realize Zook was not the right man for the job.
The fact that UF was one of those speaks volumes. The playcalling is a lot less puzzling when you consider what UT has at QB.
Speaks voluns of what? That Tennessee had a game plan for making the game close?
Tennessee lost the game. Hell, Tennessee coaches did not even try to win the game.
Like I said in another thread, Meyer's game plan was to win the game. Kiffin's game plan was to not get blown out. By that metric, both coaches succeeded. Everybody's happy. Apparently even Tennessee fans.
Hey, Florida fans will be quite happy if Tennessee loses to Florida by 10 points every year, no matter what the circumstances.

No, no, no, no, no. Timmy tells Urban to save timeouts, Urban wants "retribution" for being called a cheater, there were fliers plastered all over the Gator's locker room of Kiffin's quote, T-shirts were made calling for a beatdown of massive proportions...and you say Meyer's gameplan was to simply win the game? Bullcrap, sir...bullcrap. Meyer wanted to blow Kiffin out of the water by at least 40 to try to send a message to recruits and the nation. Well there was a messaged received...UT is not messing around.
Those days are soon coming to an end, very soon the talent gap will be much closer and we will not have to game plan with an Achilles heel.Speaks voluns of what? That Tennessee had a game plan for making the game close?

Please quit this utter nonsense, it gets old and anyone with a slight clue could see that this gameplan gave this qb challenged team the best shot at hanging close and giving us a shot at the end.

Once again, same crap slightly different approach, the game plan he used gave him the best shot at winning the game, hell it even confused Tebow and the offensive coordinator.
