Kiffin is trolling Vol Nation yet again

The trolling is not against UT. We here take too much credit for it. He is presently a head coach and he is displaying swag to pump up his players and inspire recruits to his program. Young athletes like this kind of confidence. Unless we get him, we won't see it here though.

Yes, yes... let's get mad at Kiffin when UT's AD is a abject failure on all accounts and will continue failing while raking in obscene amounts of money.

Honestly, Kiffin started this dumpster fire mess. Left us in a really bad spot with no time and had to hire Dooley. He’s still the immature punk he was with us.

This is his way of saying he wants to be our coach. He was doing interview after interview today. Coincidence? Doubt it.

Kiffin wants this job. He wants to clean up the mess he started and win championships here.

And that pic was funny af

He's over us too. Probably burned the only (very fragile rope) bridge with this tweet.

We know all about FAU, it is in a conference of equal talent and no other teams really want to win so eight in-a-row doesn't add to coaching cred if earned there. Sure.

North Texas is 9-3 and in the CUSA champ game too. Maybe we should interview their coach also.

People who have a problem with Lane Kiffin aren't successful people. He left for his dream job. If you don't have goals or a dream job scenario, you sound about right for the average tennessee fan. Jesus Christ what is wrong with you people.

He did not make us hire Dooley the almighty ad at the time did. He did not make us hire the last assjack either the ad did. Get it right he did not hire anyone. He made ut football fun to be around recruits awesome and we’re competitive every game and now look at this trash can that we have. Do not blame him for this crap show we keep flushing and it keeps coming up just like it is now. These candidates are middle of the road in there conferences and we are now down to absolutely no better than what we had

Loosen up. He is just having a little fun. Bring Kiffin home.

Why should Kiffin not have some fun too, we might as well laugh about it as cry because the idiots in charge don't know what the crap they're doing. By the same token he's keeping his name out there among the fanbase & maybe we will be able to persuade the neanderthals to swallow some pride & go get the guy that can bring us back from mediocrity. Can't blame him for trying to get back here. If we don't get the Purdue coach then what? What other TN coach has come within 3 points of beating Bama in their first year? Do you want a coach that can bring this program back or a choirboy with the same o-same o results?

We suck. I haven't left my trailer since Georgia whored us 41-0 in our own backyard. ESPN Sirius radio was cracking jokes this morning by naming 12 coaches that have turned us down not counting Jeff Brohm. We are the laughing stock of CFB.

I like it, but I’m going to have to thud it! :thud:

You could have a point if that was the main reason people don't want him.

But it could be because he's not a very good HC, on top of acting like a spoiled petulant juvenile. If his dad wasn't Monte he'd never of landed the Raiders or Tennessee job in the first place. Even when he was here he never bought into UT's traditions or maxims. Just tried to make us the USC of the south until he could finally get back to USC. Then once he got his dream job he ended up being unceremoniously fired. Once again landing a job not based on merit.

Now he has been a good OC and maybe coaching under Saban for a few years made allowed him to develop into a better HC. At least he is finally having success as a HC, unlike his last three attempts. Then again, it is just the C-USA where he can a be a big fish in a little pond.

But I don't doubt he would like to come back. Not like he's wanting to stay a FAU longterm. Just don't see where one year of success in his career and at that level would equate to having success in the SEC. Not to mention I'm sure he'd just be trying to climb the ladder again waiting for a better opportunity at first chance.

That **** funny... Seriously.

I agree with folks calling him modern day Spurrier. As much as I hated Spurrier i wish he was on my side.

At this point there is nothing that can happen that will save this hire or the next 5-10 years.

I am glad we can be a 101 case study for every GM, AD, Little League Coach and Cub Scout leader on idiotic-uninformed decision making.

God help us!

Right.I know; FAU is in a conference of equal talent and no other teams really want to win so eight in-a-row doesn't add to coaching cred if earned there. Gotcha.
