Kiffin in Lil Wayne song - Gives shout-out (merged)

Why you home alone, why she out with me?
Room 112, hotel balcony
How she say Jay you can call the house for me?
There's no respect at all
You betta check her dawg
She keep beggin' me to hit it raw
So she can have my kids and say it was yours
How foul is she? And you wifed her
Yeah, I put the rubber on tighter
Sent her home, when she entered home
You hugged her up
What the **** is up?
She got you whipped, got your kids
Got your home, but that's not your b****
You share that girl, don't let 'em hear daddy Earl
It'll make 'em sick that his favorite chick
Ain't saving it, unfaithful b****

See... it makes sense. You can clearly understand the situation he's talking about. He's telling a story.

Anyone who thinks eminem is a good artist knows absolutely nothing about rap and only listens to the watered down crap on MTV or some other lame tv show.

No, you're wrong. Em is one of the top three rappers alive.

In conclusion, I don't even like Jay Z... Em, Biggie Tupac, all better than him. but Jay is better than Wayne, because he actually makes sense when he raps. It's not just nonsensical babble that rhymes (weezy).

depnds on what style you like

kanye and eminem are a lot alike with the nursery school ryhmes. id compare them to south park humor, south park is funny but its all poo and pee. kanye and eminem rhyme and flow great but its random and not hard hittin lyrics like lilwayne which id compare more to "sunny" style humor from the dude in your avatar

I'm 100% Gator and think it is pretty kick a$$. And, unfortunately I gree that it really could be a big thing for you in recruiting. I like the ring commercial with UM, but this will be reached by many more kids who don't spend their life watching college gameday and could be friggin huge. I wonder how long it will be before it is on everyone of your guys iPOD's. I am sure we would have a bunch of "old timers" saying they wouldn't want it, and hell even a bunch of younger fans that would "say" they are glad we aren't repped by "someone" like Weezy but I call BS. I think its bad azz and it will be on my iPOD tonight.

Come on over to the Orange side, We'll be glad to have ya! Go Vols!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't care for the whole rap scene, but if it helps with recruiting, I'm all for it. The playas seem to love it.

Not sure if this video has been posted already, but did anyone stop to think that "Talk **** like Coach Kiffin" isn't a compliment? Please see 1:30 of video for Lil Wayne's real opinion of Kiffin, as seen on ESPN's Around the Horn.

YouTube - lil wayne on espn around the horn. 2/10/2009. winner !!

It's been touched on.

But I dont think its meant to be a "compliment." I mean really it just is what it is "talk **** like Lane Kiffin."

Maybe he has new found respect for him now he sees he can coach.

"Fire him before the season starts." Good call on that one. Clearly he was on the sizzzzzzurp during that show. I don't think it matters if it is meant as a compliment or not. All that matters is that Kiffin's name is in a popular rap artist's song. I honestly don't think it will make that big of a difference, if any, in recruiting. Kids won't make there decision based on lyrics in a rap song. If they do, I don't really want that kind of kid playing football at UT anyways. It will get Kiffin's name out there though, which is good.

Wayne use to be good. Back in the Carter 1&2 days when he actually cared about his lyrics. Now he reminds me of fifty cent in that fif had a gread album in Get Rich Or Die Trying, then he turned mainstream. Wayne started getting publicity and turned mainstream now he is constantly played on the radio with watered down lyrics. He use to have those grimey lyrics now it seems like he doesnt care about what he spits because its people like RANRADVOL who will listen to his crap no matter what he spits. So wayne now just raps for money and the most money out there is pop/radio for little girls and boys. He dont care what he says because he still knows you will buy it and listen to it...

I listen to mixtapes mostly these days

Gucci, Flocka, OJ, Yung Ralph, Yung LA, Dro, TI, Big Kuntry, Zoe, Gotti, J Money, Playaz Circle, Rich Boy, Ross, Jeezy, Curren$y

But I still listen to Lupe, Common, Jay, Game, Wayne, Fab, Cassidy occasionally
