One of the biggest news items coming out of today was the fact that money is not a major issue in hiring a staff.

Fulmer's staff pool of money last year was just over 1.9 million dollars.

We are told that Kiffin will have up to a million dollars more at his disposal to hire his staff.

From Hubbs. I believe 3 million would be one of the highest paid group of assistants in America.

Kiffin is only making 2 mil this year and 2.75 in his final year. We could pull a major staff for around 5-6 when Butch Davis alone would've costed 4.

From what I heard it might even be closer to 3.5 million. The athletic department has made a commitment to getting the best staff available and are willing to shell out the money. However, that means results are expected...Soon!

Results as in win / loss? Or results as in , not fumbling on your own one yard line/ bouncing passes at recievers? play calling that was dismal. recruiting that was spotty, player development that has become horrible. We could win 6 games next year but still see marked improvement imo.

I dont know much about Reaves.. I know he's at South Carolina now but i know nothing else about him. Anyone care to fill me in?

all we have to do is lock up Monte and I can all most bet we will be able to pull some of the best defensiven players. Just cause of Monte's name what defensive player with NFL dreams wouldn't want to learn from the best.

OL, RB, WR, and TE coaches... at the moment, could get the axe at any time, probably after Feb 2nd.

I have no inside connections but I bet he keeps the best recruiter out of the four and then figures out what they coach.
