What a scumbag. Maybe I'm not with the times but its hard to get any news down here in Mordor..I mean Alabama.

BUT, Anthony Munoz was on the Opening Drive this morning (1-14-10), the morning show with Al Del Greco, Jay Barker, and Tony Curry (a local yahoo on the show for comic relief) in Birmingham (comes on before Finescum), and he stated that Kiffin broke many of UT's long standing traditions including reciting Gen. Neyland's 7 Maxims before the games. This is distrubing and disgusting.

I was a Kitten supporter prior to his departure, mainly because I felt loyalty to my program and by default to its coach despite how I felt about his personal and professional behaviors, but now I am losing ALL respect for this sad excuse for a human.

I don't blame for for taking his "dream job" but for him to leave this program on its head like he did shows just what kind of spoiled little rich kid his daddy raised.
:bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad::bad:

Booo! Lame Kitten. Booo! You Sorry Sack of Dog Doo!

I heard about him showing USC highlights to recruits and players, that should have thrown up a red flag. The room full of shirtless men screaming wild boys is disturbing also.

That is exactly what I was wanting to know. How much of this story is correct:

Volunteer Sources Say Kiffin Never Embraced Tennessee -- NCAAFB FanHouse

If this stuff is true, I am surprised that y'all didn't run him out of town months ago. (Imagine someone coming into our parts, and removing all references to The Bear, or anything with hounds-tooth in it. They would not live long.)

I know that this is a painful experience, and will set your program back a few years. But in the long run, it will be viewed more favorably. You need to get a coach who will embrace Tennessee football, and its traditions. Not some whining spoiled brat who only cares about himself. Or try to turn you into the "USC of the east".

(I guess that means he was fixin' to recruit a bunch of thugs from Compton.)

As much as we love to hate each other on the 3rd Saturday in October, it does nobody well to have a jerk like this come in and ruin your program and its traditions. We already have enough weak sister teams in the conference. Can't afford to have any of the others sucking wind for a few years. (OK, the crowd at API may disagree. The only way they flourished is when we sucked.) Besides, how can we get any good ol' fashioned SEC hate going if you guys hate your coach more than we do?

It just doesn't work............

Maybe I have lived in TexAss too long. But living over here isn't the same, especially during CFB season. Having to put up with the elitists from UTerus (The Whiny Orange), and the morons from Zero U, who seem to be idiots too stupid to go to TexAss, cross the Red River, go to Zero U, come back south, and flaunt how stupid and ignert they are...............it is not the same. I spend too much time hating those folk to remember why I ever hated the Vols. Or if I did!

Then the that Saturday in October finally arrives, and "Oh, yeah, that UT. Hey, they wear orange, too. Boy, now I really have a reason to hate 'em. They remind me of TexAss UT!"

That quote right there disturbs me. I don't see how Hamilton didn't have a problem with that. The guy is all business and that slipped by him. Tennessee doesn't have to be USC east, it's the third winningest program in the NCAA for crying out loud. The more that comes out the more i realize he was all wrong for Tennessee. I understand letting your coach do his job, but i would have had a problem with all of this. Yeah Fulmer let it slip, but it's not like Tennessee is some second rate program that Kiffin is and was trying to make it out to be.
