He just got ranked #1 among new coaching hires . . . which doesn't really mean jack. But I guess it doesn't hurt.

Lmao, they bring Sarkisian on to talk about UW football and spend half his on air time talking about Coach Kiff and UT. Gotta love that.

Yeah Sark basically said, "Kiffin is bringing his own personality to the program (UT) and he will get it done." Good to hear.

I think Sark will be a good coach at UW, but he doesn't bring the excitement that Kiffin does at UT.

Whoa whoa whoa... ESPN had something on air that was positive about UT football and Kiffin?! Has their MO changed? Or are they just reporting the obvious, trying to pass it off as news?

They included the story of the "disrobing ceremony" that the coaches participated in a couple of weeks ago. Again...at least we're in the news?

Personally, I think ESPN likes the coaches that can piss people off at times...it's just been so long since UT had a coach that rocked the boat....not that Phil was a bad coach, because I don't think he was, it's just that Kiff comes in with some type of fire in his loins (yes, I used the term loins), and likes to shake it up...ESPN jumps on that stuff - it's the media way

Yep, they mentioned this and actually didn't do it in a condescending way. Compared it to Bruce Pearl's shirtless story and how it gets everyone excited.
