The ban on children is completely legal. While senior citizens are in a legally protected class and cannot be banned from establishments, existing laws do not protect children from being denied service.

we live in southern cal. in many restaurants the clientel is latino. the kids run about uncontrolled. licking the floors, spilling drinks, screeming& running aroud like mad hatters. the parents watch them in silence. i wish they had restaurants like that here.
