I was just thinking that we really need kickoff music that would get the players as well as the fans energized and excited before the ball is kicked. I like all kinds of music. A few that I think would be great would be "Let's Go" by lil jon , Zombie Nation rap mix, or "Bulls on Parade" by Rage Against The Machine... I think this would be a good change that the players and fans would really enjoy. What do yall think? Any other suggestions?

If we're trying to get our players fired up, there's nothing better.

or an even better way to drive off alumni that didnt grow up in the 90s. Want me gone, crank up the cRap music. I have better things to do than listen to Dr Seuss put to droning so called music.

Tolerance was never that generation's forte. I respect your opinion, but it's very ignorant.

Exactly, that crap isn't even music, it's people talking while banging on drums.

These statements really speak to your credibility as music critics.

you have to market to your audience. For the vast majority of alumni who are the bread and butter of seats in Neyland, they did not grow up in this cRap generation. Playing it, even for 10 seconds, alienates them for the sake of 11 guys on the field. In this economy we have as well as the product we're putting on the field right now, the last thing UT needs is a reason for a season ticket holder to not buy.

LOL! No way season ticket holders stop buying just because neyland blast a little rap music for 5 to 10 seconds on our kickoffs.

I don't think it's necessary, but I bet the players would enjoy it. Seems like a very easy task that would may be beneficial. It could be something that Dooley would reward the team for being disciplined. Whenever that happens.
