Yes the game could go either way and no I never said anything about wanting you guys to admit that you dont have a chance. Serious? The best way to explain this is just letting you read the post. Im talking about everyone here, just the ones that have nothing to add but drivel.

They have not played good competition yet but they did better against our offense than Florida did and have not given up more than 268 yards this year (ranked 15 in total defense). Auburn has only held one opponent to under 100 yards rushing (96 to La tech) but I'll give you Ball State too since most came against reserves. I really do think UT will run for 200-280 yards on Auburn and still manage 120-185 yards passing. Auburn could get 150-230 yards passing and 100-150 yards rushing. All in all should be a good game but naturally I expect a UT win because of defense, run game clock control, Kiffin limiting Crompton's opportunities to throw INT's, and it being Auburn's first roas game and first time against a good defense.

The point still remains is that you guys got beat by two teams. UCLA has played nobody, except maybe the Vols, that you can justify them being that good. Again, who have they played? If you guys didnt have them on your shedule this year ya'll would be saying the same thing. Instead, its beneficial for you guys to hang your hats on a moral victory.

Well I can promise you nobody from Tennessee believes the loss to UCLA was a moral victory? WTF and I don't know where you got that from? I never said UCLA was a good team, I just said "they have a good defense" verbatim. They have NFL prospects at multiple positions on their defense and while not playing anybody yet they still have not given up more than 15 points or 268 yards offense this year. So they have played to expectations. But the question still remains for YOUR own team "Again, who has Auburn played?" Auburn has not played anybody and yet has still managed to look very vulnerable on defense. So Auburn's defense has not played to expectations. Bottom line UT has faced a very good offense and a very good defense already this year, Auburn has faced neither.

I will say if UT does not beat Auburn in Tennessee this weekend, their new coaching staff is no better than last years coaching staff (performance wise). With that said, I believe the Vols will run the ball down their throat to a close win.

Again, UCLA has played nobody except for Tennessee. So, how do you measure their success? If you want to bring UCLA into the conversation, then I will add WV as well. Look at the other teams both these have played. The other teams we have both played are cream puffs. So, that leaves you guys playing Florida, and again I'll give you that but again you guys lost. Yes, you guys played them very well but with all this said how in the world can you say ya'lls schedule been so much stronger?

And once again UCLA's defense has at least played to expectations against cream puffs and Auburn's has not even done that. Have you not gotten the fact that I have ONLY been comparing defenses this whole time even after I have mentioned that several times now? I

I've watched all of Auburn's games except the 4th quarters of Louisiana Tech and Ball State. And no your defense still doesn't look that good. UCLA has not given up more than 268 yards of offense and Auburn gave up almost twice that to WVU. Liberty held WVU to less yards than Auburn did and didn't even get a single turnover compared to Auburn's 6. And after seeing WVU play Colorado last night I only became less impressed with your D.

Just didnt I think I needed to go that elementary but, no you dont rely on stats alone, especially when playing teams that are "cream puffs". Does this take into account 2nd and 3rd stringers?

I thought the Gator fans who came here were bad, but I do believe this lil troop of tigers, war eagles, mad cow disease or whatever their called are far more arrogant and cocky.

I have never signed onto a another schools board to go talk trash, and plaease don't come back with the lame excuse of we wanted to talk football but everyone wanted to talk trash. You guys came in here with a chip on your shoulder, crying like a little girl who got stood up at the dance.

It's funny how you choose to ignore the facts I post and all you can do is repeat yourself saying the UCLA defense has played nobody when YOUR team hasn't either. But to answer your question UCLA has played Tennessee, who is still better than any team Auburn has played to date, and they held us to 208 total yards...which is even better than Florida did against us and also better than the Auburn defense has done against ANY team they have played this year which includes winless Ball State lol. But if you think Auburn's defense will hold UT to fewer than 208 total yards thats your opinion, albeit a completely stupid and ignorant one. You have no argument whatsoever.

I rest my case, anyone who goes to another teams board is a glutant for punishment. I just don't understand the need to camp out for days and nights leading up to the game talkin smack.

I have gone thru enough victories and defeats in my 40+ yrs of being a Vol fan that I can say to an opponent that defeats us: Good game guys you were the better team or if we win, Good game guys we were fortunate in being victorious

Really? Did you miss that I have said several time that Florida was the + in yalls schedule? Oh, Im sorry you forgot to mention that. There is nothing to the Vols "mighty" schedule that suggest you guys are any better than Auburn. Your just being a Vol himer that doesnt get the conversation. We'll just have to agree to disagree. I got to go man, my wife is wanting to watch this feakin chick flick. Seriously though, you have provided the most interesting chat. WAR EAGLE!
