1. Open playbook. Stupid screen passes and 5 yard curl routes are not going ot work.
2. Make John Parker beat us. Shut down run game and I like our chances.
3. Excellent special teams play will be needed. Hefney needs to quit tip towing on punt returns and get up the field.

Im gonna say Vols win 38-24
Foster and Hardesty explode with over 200 yards

i think if we score 30 we win this game. Most people might say that our defense is our weakest link, but our offense could win the game for us.

I think it's close at least for the first half...then we run away with it. Agree with the 200+ yards rushing. We shut down the run. JPW is the only reason they stay close for awhile against our young DBs. JPW is JPW though afterall, and finally breaks to let us dominate the second half.

If the same officials that worked the Ole Miss-Bama game work our game we are doomed.:banghead2:

I know our young DB's have been burned at times this season, but with the front 7 starting to show up or atleast most of the front 7, i think secondry needs to do what they are supposed to do and not try to do everything on the field... and as others said.. i expect atleast 200 yards rushing...

go vols!!!!

29 yarder from Lance Long is the longest since I think...big improvement

A big return against Ole Miss, and he is a god. What's new? That's Alabama for you.

If he is such a god I guess Jon Hefney is the next Devin Hester considering he had two good returns against you all last year.

I'll say again - Ole Miss sucks.

He is 2nd in the league in punt return average. Ole Miss wouldn't even kickoff to him half the time. They had to punt it to him, and they paid the price.

Doesn't matter anyway - he will be fair catching it the whole time if Colquitt is on...

i don't care if the guy sucks or not, with our punt coverage team, don't kick it to anyone, especially someone who is 2nd in the league in punt returns. kicking to him would be a huge mistake and with the way we dealt with Henderson from Georgia, i wouldn't expect us to kick to him very much.

What in the world is #1, that is just ridiculous after the last few weeks. First of all, our playbook has been plenty open as our offense has been dominant. On top of that though we could probably beat Alabama with mostly screen passes and 5 yard curl routes.
