With this, the WR coach from St. Louis, and the WR recruit from LSU...I'd say Dooley has had a pretty successful first few days on the job.

Will we run a 3-4 now? If so we need LB's. J. Smith would be a stud LB in a 3-4 as a pass rusher.

Will Steele coach the DL? Since we have two DB coaches, he or Thompson may have to do that. We need a RB and OL coach so we can secure a top recruiting class. I wonder who Steele was recruiting at Clemson.

If we run a 3-4 I can see DL/OLBs/RC. He has been a DL coach far longer than an LB coach (8 years at DL, 3 at LB)... he was also OLB coach at Bama.
