MSU capitalizes on an early turnover by Cobb, but UK marched right back down the field, 11 yard run by Derrick Locke. 7-3 Cats.

Cobb took a 41-yard punt back 46 yards to get them in field goal range with 12 seconds left. Seiber drilled a 38-yarder to end the half. 17-10 Cats.

I'd hate to be in the upper deck at CW tonight. It is a little chilly out there.

I betcha nobody in the upper deck is feeling any pain. :)

Cats couldn't punch it in at the end. Newton did a nice job, but MSU gets the big road win. Congrats to them.

At this point, UK does not worry me at all. The only player we have to worry about is Cobbs.

17-17. UK has no answer for Dixon.

252 yards on 33 attempts, 7.6 ypc, 2 TD. I'm not sure they understood the question.

And in spite of that, they still had a chance, except for a freshman quarterback doing freshman things in the 4th quarter with a chance to tie.

True. The masses are breathing fire on the Kentucky forums, but you get what you get with a freshman QB. To his credit, he converted 3 huge 3rd and longs late in the 4th quarter, just couldn't get it done at the end. I have no fault with him.

The defense, however, was beyond wretched.
