He's 4-1 against Tennessee. There is no "both times." Tennessee hasn't beaten him in Rupp or in TB Arena once in Pope's 2 years at Kentucky.

Like you, I long for the day when more of society to have an honest assessment of the facts. While the poster is somewhat correct in that we dominated most of the two games "this year", Kentucky must've dominated when it counted because they pulled out two wins. As you mentioned it's hard to spin this when Pope has swept the regular match twice against Barnes, possibly as an underdog. However, I do take solace in our one blowout win when it counted the most.
