Well it also turns out beating SC like a drum wasn't nearly as impressive as it seemed at the time.

But when we beat them, I thought it meant we were back and could beat anyone?

They are when you consider he slaughtered a very bad USC defense, beat up on 3 nobodies and then did well against Arkansas.

After that? The novelty wore off. The coaches were probably tired of his "Kenny Trill" crap off the field when combined with a quickly declining performance on the field once A&M got gut-checked by teams that weren't Rice, Lamar and SMU.

Basically, Kenny Hill is the QB version of Myles Garrett but with an arrogant attitude. He made his living by beating up on poor competition.

obody here sang Tyler Bray's praises when he beat up on Troy, Akron and Georgia State. Nor should they. Because he sucked against Georgia, Bama and Florida.

Oh yeah they did. A whole ton.


There are also people still saying he should start for the Chiefs or another NFL team. (Note: I dont.)

Some message board rumors out of Ft Worth is that Kenny will be a baseball only athlete at TCU.

Give him a year to learn TCUs offense, plus being mentored by Boykin? Hill is going to flourish in this offense. Good place for him.

TCU is a bad choice if he wants to play football. the Frogs are stacked at QB and Co-OC Meacham will most likely take the OU job. It won't be much longer until Tech comes calling Co-OC Cumbie home to replace coach Bro in Lubbock.

Houston, SMU or Texas would be better choices as they need QBs as fast as they can get them.
