So my point still remains, good job for KC to make a preseason list
I also want to extend hearty heartfelt congratulations to all those punters being honored for mastering the art of breathing.

When discussing the KC vs JG qb battle, VN turns into the current state of our political system. It seems like an 'us' vs 'them' mentality. Why can't we like both and hope the best for both and for the TEAM? The hate spewing and criticism is ridiculous! Congrats to KC for this and to JG for any pre-season lists he makes. Both guys are working hard and giving it their all - I for one feel better knowing that if God forbid an injury happens, we have someone as competent as the starter to step in and take the reins...

I don’t understand why so many people hate this kid. I think it’s great he made the list.
Will fully support whichever wins the job. Honestly, I hope JG does because of eligibility but I want it to be because he's truly that developed.

But more importantly, I hope every single one of them have success. Whether it's here, another school or future NFL accolades.
And I hope the piece of crap, like w***** on here that make a day of trash talking and down playing any UT player, read every word detailing their success. May those words make their beverage of choice hard to swallow and taste as bitter as their pathetic attitudes.
Yep, bout covers my opinion on the matter.😎

Who hates the kid? Answer....nobody. But in no way, shape, form or fashion does he deserve to be on that list. Same goes for JG....and I’m pretty certain you’d be calling the list a joke had he been on it, no? Of course you would.

Russell Wilson says hello

Lol. You’re comparing Chryst to Russell Wilson? Tell you what, if Chryst completes 72% of his passes this year at Tennessee, and throws 33 td passes vs only 4 interceptions, then bump this thread and I’ll eat all the crow you can dish out.

Btw, Wilson completed 59% of his passes at NCST, while throwing 76 td passes in 3 years there. Keller threw 19 tds in 3 years at Stanford....not much of a comparison to date.

If he remotely deserves it, I’d be with you. But a guy who has to transfer from his original school because he couldn’t win the job there doesn’t deserve to be on any sort of “watchlist”....how did he do a “good job” getting on the list?

Good job in the congratulations sort of way. Good job for UT. Good news all around to be named on a watch list. It’s nothing but good for our team and maybe our stater. Maybe it propels him to be better than the last time! Why are you so negative on him? Why not be happy for him and our Vols?

The bad-natured tone of the argument indicates that people realize deep down that both players are severely lacking.

god forbid there could be more behind him wanting to leave Stanford other than playing time. could have disagreed with coaches, wanted a change od scenery, who knows maybe he likes waffle house?

So, a career 55% passer who had to transfer to another program because he couldn’t keep his job at his original school....and who is in an uphill battle to supplant a sophomore QB who had more than his fair share of struggles last year.....he made the list?

List doesn’t hold much validity imo.
Did you even read the qualifications? Character has a lot to do with it. Geez, people these days.
