Exactly my thinking. I don't want to prejudge the QB decision but nothing about Chryst really jumps out at me.

Yep. JG has some UT snaps under poor circumstances and didn't look good (which is to be expected).

Theres a ? at QB until somebody answers it.

Lol, so all Greazy does is give what his newphew has said and you act like a douche? Atleast he has real information from a guy who catches passes from said QBs. What do you bring to the table?

I know there is, but still. It was a simple comment. Atleast he is giving us information, no one else has regarding Chryst or the other players.

Good news hearing that Chryst already grasps the offense even though I already knew that wouldn't be an issue for him.

If I told you a poster started a thread towards the end of last year’s nightmare, guaranteeing Butch would return as coach...would you consider him a source?

If I told you a poster went on a rant during the coaching search about how we’d “never hire a black man as HC”...would you consider him a source?

When CuzinGreazey started posting during Brandon’s recruitment, his information was pretty cool from the perspective of those who don’t know any major college athletes. This was a seemingly good inside peek...but you have to look for the SLANT with this guy (there usually is one). He’s spouted off against JG dating to last season...so grade of slaw. :shades:

Agree with your observations. Hard to judge how he can play based on 1 game. I still think JG is the man to beat due to his experience with the team. I know lots of folks were turned off by his pouting-azz behavior during the Georgia Tech game (myself included). Wanted to B slap him. Hopefully Helton can get 1 QB prepared.

You haven’t been around long enough to understand why some get frustrated with greazy. He spent all offseason last year talking about Callaway wasn’t good and Brandon should and would start over him on the outside.


That one didn’t really turn out like he saw it and the way he went about really came off as more him putting down Callaway than arguing for Brandon’s merits.
