Nope. But I can keep a heart rate between 130 - 140 for 3 hours, aka redlining. Bet big man can't do that lol.

It's an inside reference to an interesting poster 3 years ago. You might have missed it.

I thought he did just fine last year as a true freshman on the line. 315 is pretty good on incline at his age but he needs to be stronger to be a beast inside against 320lb Guards in the SEC. I would expect to see him put 4 plates (405) next season and complete 5 reps on incline.

5 reps of 405 lol what do u think k Mac is. There's always gonna be somebody though that's not impressed so whatever.315 for 3 with that ease is definitely impressive. And his upper body isn't even his biggest strength, the kid has tree trunks for legs to boot.

Never said I wasn't impressed. If you know anything about lifting you would know a man of his size should be able to lift 315 on incline. A beast of his size could do 405 easy. I was 240 and could incline 315 8 to 10 reps easy but I was 31 yrs old. As he gets older he will get stronger.

KMac has shed some weight. He could have lost some strength.

Also.. we don't know what set he was on in that video. Could have been his 5th set...

I do happen to know alot about lifting, and exactly hes 19 years old 315 for 3 with that ease is impressive. he could def put up more then 315 on the incline. Id be willing to bet alot of 320 lb college d tackles cant rep 315 on the incline

Love seeing videos of our guys in the weight room. The strength is just amazing.

I'm a 43-year-old woman who has fallen in love with powerlifting. First picked up a barbell a little less than two years ago. My max squat is 245, bench is 160, and deadlift is 275. I like to tell people that to challenge misconceptions about lifting.

It's a great activity for people of all ages -- makes you stronger not only physically but also mentally. As Henry Rollins says, "The iron never lies to you."
