Justin Worley discussion (mega-merged)

I agree with you. But our other QB has turned the ball over in the big games as well, many times.

Last 2 SEC games, Worley is 45 of 73, 0 touchdowns, 5 picks. I love the guy's effort, but there is absolutely no reason to believe that he could produce a win over Bama. Not with this offensive line. Analyze it any way you choose, there is no logical way that this ends well for Tennessee. Yet, we will watch...and hope.

We've seen Dobbs for multi games.
I want to see Peterman for more that 2 quarters to make a decision.

For the record I thought he looked good in the Ga game when the plays were called to help him in the first drive.

I did too and I agree I want to see them both play meaningful minutes. If nothing else this Bama game could be a glance at our future.

a long time = James Franklin's tenure

You're sorely mistaking. Look back at the Peyton years. You'll see plenty of 12-7, 14-6 type games. 2004 we blew a 31-0 lead and held on 38-33 in Dudley. I was there and thought I was about to witness one of the biggest meltdowns in UT history.

if all of this is true. You sir are a REAL fan. Thank you for all you do. They have already laid the exscuse trail into 2016, if we set on our hands and say its OK coach we love and support you no matter if we are tied with candy in Sec wins. What kind of fans are we? Hey coach that's bs. You need to turn this crap around very very very soon or your gone! All these tuffys claimed we are nega vols.not real fans etc Have no right to tell anyone how they can or can not feel.first time you call one of them a panzie your reported. But they talk a lot of bs because a salesman making over 3 million a year said so.

I have the dreaded monthly student loan payments to prove it and sometimes I question myself if it was worth it haha. And I have a trooper for a wife who allows me to blow our airline miles going to away games.

Has anyone even thought Butch would pull what he did in Cincy ..With a Pocket passer is Peterman and A dual threat in Dobbs..Could work

Lol no one knows but how Justin feels at game time and the team. My guess is if its up to Justin he will play. If its up to the team trainers and doctors he will sit.

Yeah if he plays I hope he plays like he did against the Dawgs. Don't want to see the ugly play like against ole miss. In both games he was pressured:/

If peterman plays I hope he comes out with the confidence, and we see if he can really shine. He's the only one who literally hasn't had a real chance. Dobbs played multiple full games last year, and while surely he improved we still haven't seen anything close to full game from peterman

That was from yesterday and based it off what Bajakian said..But everything today says the exact opposite. Just don't think Butch wants Peterman and Dobbs being bombarded more that they probably already are. He may not have told either of them yet so help with nerves. But will still go with the VQ guys and Finebaum's info. If Worley hasn't thrown all week no way he is playing. I'm sure more comes out the closer it gets to gametime. But you don't let Peterman and Dobbs take all the reps with the one's if you think Justin can play. Jmo

Completely agree..Peterman finally will get his chance to shut up critics or prove them right. Hopefully ifs shutting them up because he deserves better than what he has had to deal with since last yr.
