i love snl, but the last several years have bombed. they need to seriously revamp the writing and get rid of kenan, weekend update, and bill hader. those comprise the most of the crap that snl is offering these days. the same ole sketches by the same unfunny people. yet they keep riding them.

this show really needs to get it together, because there are some things that need to be seriously addressed. that is my main gripe with snl is that they hold on to old material and use it over and over. i have never been a fan of weekend update, yet it takes up a 1/4th of the show. i also mute through the music every week. they really need to go back to the old days with more creative sketch writing and less crap. it could be so much better. there are plenty of funny people out there that could return this show to glory.

timberlake is the best host they have on, period. he makes andy sandberg funny, and he's not scared to do anything on camera. i havent watched a full episode since the time he hosted and kristen wiig did target lady.

I was very happy they ended with the Barry Gibb Talk Show, but I was sad that Peg didn't make a return as well
