I just love it when someone jumps on here with a rumor, sells it to those looking for something bad to happen, then get disappointed when it turns out to be false.

Next, i expect to see the posts that will amend the original one and still make Justin Martin out to be hanging by a thread.

Oh and the Joc Bruce stuff is just as good. The kid was late for a class and got reprimanded for it. But, people are anxious to open up the scholarship that he did not have yet.

Oh get over it. The season isn't going to be cancelled because rumors get out. Doesn't really matter who approves of it, this is the way things are going to be at every school from now on. I see a whole lot of drama but am pretty sure that this is not what shut UAB down. Lol.

This is still "murka" if you don't like what's on TV, change the channel. Some of you have been in here since the beginning of the thread. I say if you stick your head inside a strip club and tell me it's wrong, I can respect that. If you just keep peaking inside, slopping up every detail, well..... :)

Now, on a more serious note, some of you do get too worked up. I'm not mad at anyone here and I definitely don't "hate" anyone here. Some of you guys are going to cut 10 years off your life due to heart attacks. Too much football to watch for that mess.

He violated the privacy of a team's locker room/meeting rooms. He violated the trust of those that allow him to have the access he does (or the trust of who provides his info). That's not cool, and i honestly hope he's found out.

The program is trying to build a tight, family atmosphere and it won't help if every little squabble is on a message board. Information about the program we all love is great, but its not worth it if it has to come out like some sort of rushed TMZ garbage.

Exactly what poster would you hold responsible for that?
Bob Mueller who posted the information or the emotional train wrecks that responded to it with all of their hand wringing and assumptions.

It's information. Don't blame the fact that you can't handle it on somebody else.

I can't handle the information? that's cool how you just skipped over the part where I said I don't care if his info is negative or positive.

In this case, his information was utterly useless because it was never a real issue.

The whole point of my argument is that it is bullsh*t that the team can't have a private meeting without some twerp running to a message board to squeal about any little thing that pops up.

Nah, the information leaked shows Jones being a true coach and not putting anyone above the program. I also read two of our team leaders standing up and making me proud of how things are being done. I'm fine people don't like the fact that there's going to be leaks but how people are saying this situation is a negative is beyond me. Maybe I'm just a positive person, but I'm glad I know things are being done right.

Hard for me to answer as Martin, I never disrespected my coaches. If it were my child, I would be like..... "If you think those guys were hard on you, wait till you come home, I raised you better than that boy".

I'm guessing you may not like my response but it's how I feel. Kinda a don't do the crime if you can't do the time thing.

Another keyboard warrior that has never played a sport. If you had, you wouldn't think the way you do. And nobody is hand wringing slick. Some of us realize the recruits read these boards, and it is more important to a lot of us to not know internal bs gossip that some of you girls seem to lap up.
