Just give up chargervol. Most that have a problem with him are stupid. The thing is, they don't know it and you pointing it out will not make a difference.

He provides free information. He has been right on the JM situation --- Deer even thinks JM will likely be gone before his time is up.

The only one Bob hasn't hit has been Cody Blanc --- but maybe, Cody intended to leave and Butch changed his mind. Afterall, these are fickle 20 year olds.

Lol. Who cares if he's right? He's providing information that has no business being leaked out. Seeing as though bodybuilding is not a 'sport' have you ever competed in one? I'm guessing no, because if you did you would see why some of us are annoyed by his antics. Only fools I see here are the people I'm currently responding to. Keep believing those delusions you've created in that bean of yours though.

I don't think anybody is asking you to leave. Just to maybe chill out a bit, count to ten, and think a bit more before you throw this kind of news up so hastily.

Everybody knows you're connected to the program at some level. You're going to beat reporters to the punch when you break news because of that. I promise you you'll get just as much e-cred for beating the 247 and VQ guys to the punch by an hour as you would for beating them to it by a day.

Since when have you posted positive recruiting info or good news you are hearing about how players are progressing even if just their work ethic?!! :glare:

I don't know why everyone bashes on Mueller. He's been pretty spot on. Even when he first posted it, he mentioned that he wasn't 100 percent sure. Sure, his news might not be always positive but at least he is sharing with you, information whores.

If he just posted news both positive and negative people would not mind. Not only does he just post the negative news, he is always so anxious to share the bad news,!!!! :banghead2: Does that not bother you that he enjoys posting the bad news?

Dont understand what you guys problem is with Muller. I come to this board to get information not just constant recycled threads on your opinion about do the new uniforms affect CBJ's coaching style, etc. So far he has mostly been right and clearly he has some inside track we do not. If you dont like bad information, maybe the team should not be doing silly things. Dont blame the messenger, even if he is insufferably smug about it. I dont care about his motivation as much as his accuracy.

I agree that he is cocky but do you ever watch the news? It's 90% negative. There are millions of great things that are never reported but people only watch the news to see the terror.

Bad comparison imo. He seems like someone who does not like Tn, but somehow has inside info, so when he hears bad news, he is anxious to post it.

I haven't lived in Nashville for 14 years but isn't Bob Mueller a Channel 2 News Anchor there?As long as he has worked for Channel 2 News, I am sure he is privvy to a lot of sports information and breaking news.

The poster using that moniker may be a Woodward and Bernstein wannabe but he's definitely not the WKRN Nashville news personality. No journalist is going to bring breaking news to a message board. I have mixed feelings about what this poster does. I imagine that he is some low level employee who spends enough time at Anderson to obtain info shortly before the rest of us do (for whatever that's worth). I also think he's violating a confidence in the process and while that may not be a big deal, it's not entirely ethical either. I guarantee whatever access he does have to the program would be taken away if our staff or administration identified who he was and that he was so anxious to post what he knows on the internet.

The team meeting incident is akin to a family argument and should've been kept 'in house'... It's the family's business, i.e. players/coaches and nobody else.

Just my 2 cents....

My issue isn't his negative or positive news. He can report on transfers, suspensions, depth chart moves or whatever if it's legit.

In this case, he ran straight for a message board to blab about a private matter without understanding the full scope of what happened. If the argument had continued and Martin actually left, then by all means report it...but at least wait until something is concrete.

He violated the privacy of a team's locker room/meeting rooms. He violated the trust of those that allow him to have the access he does (or the trust of who provides his info). That's not cool, and i honestly hope he's found out.

The program is trying to build a tight, family atmosphere and it won't help if every little squabble is on a message board. Information about the program we all love is great, but its not worth it if it has to come out like some sort of rushed TMZ garbage.
