Mea culpa from me. Last year after the preseason "dismissal" incident, I called bolsch on Deerpark's prognostication of doom for Martin's Vol career. Still maintain it wasn't based on any insider insight...just his personal opinion, which is beginning to look spot on.

The article on recruiting quoting Bob Welton about them looking long and hard at the character of a player seems to backup those thoughts. A talented, highly rated player with a me first, bad attitude can hurt a "team", witness the rumors about Kelly Washington long ago.
Football at this level requires a lot of dedication to a difficult grind and not everyone can handle it. Not sure if this is the case, but if so maybe he will mature and turn it around. Hope so for his sake. Wish him the best. GBO
