Justin Hunter Tweet

don't be an idiot, it was inferred whether intentional or not.

You can't make a statement like that and not expect people to draw that conclusion.

Not my fault you made a dumb assumption.

I simply made a statement about a student athlete on twitter. If I had compared the two you would know.

I sure hope that he takes over the SEC next year. Him and Da'Rick always having friendly competitions and Da'Rick lead last year... Time for Hunter to 1-Up him.

Rogers wasn't leading until Hunter got hurt.

Since you brought up Palardy, does anyone know if Charlie Coiner does well at coaching up his kickers?
I don't know if it makes it true or not, but on his wiki he was listed as the University of Minnesota defensive line/kicking coach and not defensive line/special teams coach. I really hope he can help.

I sure hope so. I know palardy has battled injuries since he's been here, but his kicks are the ugliest I've ever seen out of a D-1 kicker. Even when he makes them they are low and look like a wounded duck

So when you open a topic about a Justin Hunter tweet, you don't expect the posts and the points made in those posts to connect with the person/topic at hand?

Palardy is a thief. He is basically stealing a scholarship from UT
At this point Palardy is a huge bust. Screw his injury excuse. He has never been worth a shat.

Yeah, he's been a bust up until this point. At the same time, he's shown he has the leg to get it done whenever he executes properly.

I read somewhere from someone who seemed knowledgeable that Palardy's problem is his footwork in games. In practice and warm-ups he's dead on and his footwork is flawless. Then when he gets into games he tries to do too much and messes up his footwork. In practice and warm-ups his plant foot is dead even with the ball, providing the optimal power and lift needed for a kicker. In games, his plant foot lands slightly forward of the ball, leading to his low trajectories. If Coiner can help correct this, then he'll be worth it IMO.

Of course I have no real working knowledge, just passing on something I heard.

Here's my problem: Passing games don't win Championships in college. Look at the last 10 NC teams... Bama, LSU, FL, etc. These teams won on a decent running game and strong DEFENSE. While the NFL has morphed into a pass-happy point-producing extravaganza, College ball still boils down to defense... mainly because kids don't have enough time necessary to hone a top-notch passing scheme (e.g. Saints, Packers, Patriots). It simplifies the game down to - hate to say it - Teboe up the middle for 7 yards.

2012 NC score: Bama 21 LSU 0.

Fact: Our OL is 100% unproven to be able to run the ball.

Fact: Our secondary was lit up all year long 2011.

While our offense is going to light up the boards this year, it is our defense that will ultimately determine if we compete for the SEC East title.

Swiperboy tweeted for three consecutive off seasons about how awesome he was going to be next season.

Best 3 pt percentage on the team. That should warrent more pt imo. His rebounding has improved as well. And his real focus is rap so....

I have also seen JH ... A man among boys .. at times undefensable, i believe anything he tweets. I advise you to do likewise.

I don't expect a comparison to be made between the two unless I actually compare them in my post. I would assume the IQ on this board is high enough to realize the difference in a simple statement and comparison and contrast - but I set my hopes to high for some on here.
