It means he was banned from running track for 8 years because of performance enhancing drugs and since his agent was a former track star who played in the NFL, he's trying to give Justin a shot to earn more money. Gatlin worked out for the Texans last year.

I would be shocked if he makes it past the Mini-Camp. Would love to see he and Joey Galloway race in pads just for fun.

I hope he makes it, sure he made a mistake, but he's still a Tennessee guy and I hope he catches on. If he can catch the ball I would love to see him return kick offs.

Didn't he run some insane time last year for the Titans? It was some crazy like a 3.9/40.
