That is the part that doesn't make sense. If a little dude sucker punched Hughes, I don't think he'd need any help. What else was going on that we don't know about that would have contributed to such a violent reaction?

thank goodness you were there for the entirety of the thing.

Your message here is also likely to sway all of us VolNation types to stop this stuff going forward. I know I'm writing my family and friends now.

So why now and not bring this out yesterday in the discussions? Just smells fishy... I wasn't there and can't say one way or the other, but just seems odd. So you already know that you will be called as "a witness of the state" and that charges will be filed later this week??? Did you go on a mission trip with the cop AND the D.A.??????

Sorry - pretty hard to believe - what did he say to them?

And also - stop acting like he was curb stomped while on the ground - even his own brother said Myles kicked him 1 or maybe 2 times while he was on the ground... that would hardly do any damage to a 13-year-old girl. We all know the main cause of his injury was just him being very unlucky and hitting his head on the sidewalk/curb or whatever it was.

I really wish they would stop referring to the guy outside the bar as officer. He wasnt in uniform so he wasnt an officer, it changes the entire scenario if he was an in uniform cop. not saying that anyone should have been hit, but i just cant see alot of what this guy came on here to say as being entirely accurate. but i wouldnt know for sure
