Im a former employee of the bar and a good friend of the officer who was hurt. I was there when the incident happened and have made statements to the police as to what happened. The young man was standing at the bar and turned and bumped into one of the players... He did turn around and apologize to him. The player started hitting him and got him to the ground and began kicking him... 5 more guys jumped in and started hitting him on the ground.. I helped with getting the fight outside.. The officer was standing outside and was confronted by two of the players.. He asked them to calm down and leave.. the one gentlemen punched him in the face twice and knocked him unconscious while he was laying on the ground he was kicked in the back of the head twice.... Thats the story and that is exactly what happened. Im not allowed to give names but it will come out eventually.
As far as messing with the owner... She did nothing wrong other than say what happened and what they did.. Its time for you guys to grow up and think about what happened. These thugs almost killed 2 human beings and if they had more time they would have. Luckily they where stopped before they could. Who gives a crap what the owner said about the VIP, its NOT a violation as they have already talked to the university and coaches the VIP status is given to over 300 people... They have cards that are given out to many many people.. They also let you in free with a student id... The only thing they get over other people is let in the front of the line... So blaming the bar and Sandy for this is just moronic.. You guys really should be worried about a innocent person and officer who where assaulted for no reason.
