He looked healthy. Much healthier looking than his Georgia Military College photos. He has definitely been working hard on his weight. Looks to be in the 360lb to 365lb range.

He is probably the biggest player to ever wear orange.

84 Days.
Can't wait to see him drop a running back

This is from maybe a week ago!! Dude is taking his career at UT seriously!

He doesn't look fat like the friggin bama Cody. All the NT has to do in the 3-4 is pretty much take up space and occupy the center and a guard. If he actually has some muscle and can hold his ground - bonus.

Honestly the D line this year should be much better (addition through subtraction). Just hope we got enough solid LBs cause that's what makes or breaks the 3-4.

He must be incredibly solid or have redwood sized legs because he really doesn't look like a 380lb guy. I would've guessed maybe 330 or 340.

We'll have Lathers, Smith, Johnson, and Maggitt back there starting, so im not worried on that part.

It's because most JuCo players dont come on campus in shape, He knows we need him ASAP! :loco:

He isn't JUCO though, he is from a military prep school. Players from military prep schools do tend to arrive in shape.

Prep schools do not count against eligibility. Robert Ayers, Demonte Bolden and Hefney went to Hargrave for a year.

GMC is a Junior College, albeit a military one.

Here you go:

In 1930 the official addition of a junior college division to the College-preparatory secondary school finally justified its name. In 1950 the War Department designated the institution a "Military Junior College." Today Georgia Military College is one of only five United States Military Junior Colleges.
