Yes, the AD has to ask permission from the visiting AD prior to the season.By the way, how did it come about State wearing all white at home? I know LSU does it. Do they have to get permission from the SEC and the school they are playing?

That Is a big jump to make. Letting a team that went 2-10 last year wear a different color jersey isn’t exactly a statement that your team is going to compete for championships. To me, that shows how much Danny White believes in the team that he would give permission for a white out before the season that his team would go into their house and take care of business.
