Didn't we do this last year with Kamara? Set it up with the screen and then did it again and threw it deep. Pretty sure Kamara got blown up since they bit so hard.

There was a time in the UGA game where we faked one and we had two guys running wide open down the field.

Over the top to one of our all world talented WRs.

EVERYONE jumps our screens these days ... How many times did the damn Ohio bobcats jump the screen Saturday??

We actually have run it but the defender didn't bite and Dobbs ending up scrambling...it will be run again but if the DB doesn't bite, you have Dobbs trying to throw to a covered receiver...

Dobbs probably throws a pic 6 screen Saturday. Florida DBs are extremely talented and aggressive.

Why would we ever do this...it wouldn't jive with our offensive consistency (aka predictability).

Pretty sure this is what you're talking about. Kamara gets blasted but we scored.

At the 10:10 mark in the video we throw the swing route out to Kamara. Two plays later (about the 11:15 mark) we fake and go to Von.

I remember thinking this at the time, but why wasn't that a personal foul on Vandebilt? I would think Kamara would be a defenseless receiver at that point.

Yep thats the play

We have before, and it usually works (had two guys running free against UGA last year). I expect us to do this against Florida. Specifically against "Teez" Tabor as he runs up to try to make a great interception off the quick bubble screen like he did against Kentucky a couple weeks ago. Instead, while he runs up to make a statement, the ball will sail well past him to where he should've been if he were disciplined and Malone will house it.

I'd like to see us come out in the power I and run the ball down their throats, but it's not happening. But to your post, Dobbs barely has time to throw the screen much less wait for that take off to take place with this OL playing as they are.

How's it not happening? They ran some I formation vs. Northwestern. I guarantee you'll see it again Saturday.

I would like to see one of our running backs spot a wide open lane and cut back instead of running into the pile.

Kind of like last year vs Georgia for a big gain? You know, when the offense scored four unanswered TDs as part of that huge come back.

I guess we all have to hope DeBord will arrive to this game three hours early?

Deboard needs to pitch a tent in the booth, right now

We've run that play about 3 times already this year. In fact, pretty sure we ran it in the first series of the year.
