I think like many others on here those 2 weekends where we get Auburn and UGA in back to back weeks will determine the final outcome in the year, if we split them 8-4 with the loss probably to Auburn, if we win both of them 9-3 with losses to Bama, Florida, and Ole miss

You're exactly right. Most "fans" around here have no idea what they're talking about. I have honestly been asked, "When do the Vols play the Falcons?". That's no joke.

I have a bet every year with my brother in law. If the winner of the TN/GA game wins the SEC east the loser has to buy tickets to the SEC championship game AND wear TN/GA colors. The LSU game was fantastic from the third row 35 yard line. FREE TICKETS and they had to dress in all orange. I even had them singing ROCKY TOP!!!!!!!!:clapping::clapping:

You should add this to the bet. When he has to sing Rocky Top, if he misses any words or screws up, he has to start all over until he gets it right!! Make sure he is good and liquored up before he does it too. That will make for one funny as hell moment!!!

This sounds fun. I have never done this but there is always a first for everything. Someone here wanna do a non monetary ( I dont bet money with my heart) bet on the UGA UT game this year? Should add a little extra excitement for the game this year.

Sounds good to me. Along with a minimum of 25 posts the following week and acknowledgment of the other teams superiority. :)

I know UGA is going to be pretty good regardless but i don't think it would be that big of an upset if we won.

I have a great friend that I go on vacation with, many years ago we made a wager that which ever team won between UT and UGA, the loser would wear the others teams cap on the beach, I had to wear a big red G hat for one summer, then after two years of UT winning he called the bet off.

H*ll yes! I don't have to sing at the mall. I'll record this and post it, the plan is to do it the day after Thanksgiving.
