If he's on the team bus, he's really early. The team isn't scheduled to leave until mid-afternoon.

They only bus to the airport, they fly on a charter to Oxford.

Thanks for posting something sensible......in more ways than one. Several posters on here seem to think the team is taking a bus from Knoxville ALL THE WAY to Oxford. Good grief!!

Just because he was released doesn't mean that the charges have been dropped. Being released on O.R. means that he agrees to be in court and the judge agrees to not set a bail. But the charges are still there.

I would assume the first court date is an arraignment and the secord court date would be the verdict, but with him having a lawyer and all the other parties included, this might not get resolved until early-mid 2010.
