He wouldnt leave us for Texas but he will leave us for Arizona? Sounds like BS more than it does a rumor imo!

Wilcox took a very green Defense whose only stand out playeer lately has been a true freshman and held Alabama to no TD's for the first half.....yes after that it fell apart but not because of any adjustment, or failure on his part. It was mixture of tired, and frustrated young players giving up.....(not that the offense had given them much to hope for). That first half was not talant, for we had less, it was not athletics, it wasn't experience by players either....It was all Wilcox and a brillent Chess match toe to toe with Saban. He's also been recruiting very well, and we're getting some decent talant coming in.....At the beginning of the season I wasn't sure about him either the last 3-4 games have saw increasing improvement with what is understatedly a less then ideal cast. It's also of note that it seems the youngest players are some of the best strengths of improvement making me think in another year or two they could be dominating offenses.

John Chavis was one of my absolute favorite defensive coaches, and he's still whipping butt, so I have been hard on anyone taking his place...but Wilcox has made me a beleiver in what he is capable of. I just think he has to get more talant and release some dead wood.

Our losses as of late have not been based on poor defense, but rather zero offense.

I don't get all the Wilcox hate, he has less to work with than Chaney. There is no magic pill (Dooley quote) or magic coach going to make it all better guys. Wake up from your fantasy.

Getting tired of people hating on a coach thats been here less than two years and our program has pretty much sucked since 2005. And for the ones saying Tennessee is all about SEC and NC, we've sucked a lot longer. The excuses are warranted! This crap shouldnt even come up until 2013 when CDD will have a roster full of his players with some depth and experience.

So just because he has only been here 2 years he gets a pass......this guy cant manage the game, figure out how many players to put in, has the worst luck, wasnt even a coordinator under Saban, cant shut his momma up, has Georgia on his mind, don't let the players wear the black jerseys, ect. Lets let him take us further in the hole just to waste more time!
