Maher is decent in a studio setting. Wouldn't pay to see him do standup. However, he is 100% correct on the most important issue of this generation. George W, Bush is the second worst president in American history(Warren G. Harding) and all of his supporters have done America a massive disservice.

You know I love ya Fine, but Mahr is a self absorbed media whore that laughs at his own jokes.

Are you gonna send back the tax rebate check with a sour retort?

There's Bill Clinton, Lyndon Johnson, and Jimmy Carter, and you're saying Bush is worse than these? Never mind, it's not worth it.

Bill Clinton presided over massive economic growth, Lyndon Johnson hammered the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act through Congress. Carter is almost as ineffectual and impotent as Bush.

Why not, didn't you file a tax return? :whistling:
My understanding was that it would be like all other Bush attempts to buy popularity. It had a line at which you wouldn't receive any rebate. If that's wrong, I'll simply do what I feel is only fitting with anything that is sent back to me. I'll donate it to the DNC in an attempt to make sure that as few Bush acolytes as possible win congressional seats.

Ok then. I feel sure you will be receiving the DNC donation within the next couple of months.

Of course it's not. You can't point to a single significant accomplishment by the imbecile currently disgracing the White House with his presence.

I think he's been great on defense, on taxes, and appointing Surpreme Court Justices who don't legislate from the bench. I think he's been dead wrong on immigration, the Dubai Ports deal, and so on.

It speaks volumes that you take up for Lyndon Johnson, and as far as the Civil Rights act goes it would have never been passed without the R's. That's fact. Now please go make your donations to the DNC, the same people who support Al Gore, Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, Reid et al., then come back and talk aboout how anyone who supports Bush is bad for the country. If you want socialism, go elsewhere. As for myself and most Americans, we don't. Plus why doesn't it surprise me you're a Dem?
