Anyone care to recommend best route from ATL?

Whatever route the pilot takes is ok with me, don't really care....40 min flight.

Had to cancel my reservations in memphis and charolette but just made them in jacksonville. Extended stay is probably not the nicest but 3 nights only $250 and water taxi right there to get to Jacksonville landing. Looks like lots of events at the landing.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Jax West. About 160 per night. Staying two, but may change if the band is in a parade on New Year's Day. They've got an indoor pool, a rarity in Fla.

Butler area is great. Any of Marriott properties are fantastic. St. Augustine is a must see if you have more than a few days and don't mind and hour drive on gameday.

Towneplace suites by Marriott had rooms for $90 a night if you're a rewards member. Not sure if any rooms are left. Right on butler blvd. That's where I'm staying.

I stayed on Jax Beach a couple months back at the Sheraton Four Points and enjoyed my stay. If you don't mind being a little north, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach are great areas.

I just booked Sheraton at Jacksonville Beach and it was 150.00 and like 12 miles from the stadium, but I figured there will be tons to do there. Hope we sell it out making it a sea of orange!!!!

So I've been studying since 3 for finals tomorrow and I get on this thread and see people hotels so I start googling them in Memphis and il like why do these hotels keep saying Jacksonville so I went to espn bowl selection and was like why is texas am in Memphis and then I saw us in Jacksonville wow I missed a lot GO VOLS

You're a good student. I began studying for an exam yesterday and have been studying all day today, except for the 3-4 hours I waited and refreshed multiple webpages and twitter feeds to confirm our bowl so I could decide whether to get tix and book a hotel. Then I was too excited to study for a while afterwards. Because of that, it will be a late night tonight.
