Not sure what thread,if any, this belongs in so merge it to an existing thread if need be.

I am extremely excited about the times ahead for Tennessee Football. I think Hamilton will pick the right guy for the Vols. I know everyone has their own preference for who they think will be the right choice for HC, but I firmly believe that the right guy will be selected no matter who it is. Hamilton realizes the weight of this decision so even if "your" guy isn't the one who gets the job, I'm gonna be confident in the decision none the less.

This isn't a suck up thread even though it reads that way. I just wanted to throw out some positivity.

I think Hammy will find the right coach too. Now, having said that, how many coaches are successfull after following a successful coach?

In another thread someone mentioned, Florida went thru several after Spurrier. Alabama went thru several after Bryant. And Stallings. Georgia after Dooley.

Special coaches are hard to find. Afterall, that why finding one is so difficult.

Then again, I never considered HCF special. A good coach in a special program.
